This comprehensive project focuses on building a resilient foundation for ECD service delivery through the three models:

  Malezi Centre project: Working with 15 Civil Society Organizations (CSOs) to establish 30 Community-Based ECD centres across 15 regions of Tanga, Singida, Pwani, Iringa, Ruvuma, Njombe, Lindi, Mtwara, Songwe, Morogoro, Katavi, Rukwa, Dodoma, Manyara, and Kigoma.

  Gender Equality and Social Inclusion (GESI). To conduct assessment of GESI in the implementation of NMECDP I and inform the development of NMECDP II.Public Expenditure Review- Conducting PERI to inform ECD Advocacy to increase public financing.

  ECD Expenditure Review (PER) to advocate for increased and transparent government budgeting toward early childhood.
