TECDEN in collaboration with EASUN conducted training to 20 TECDEN members organizations. The training was conducted at Uhuru Hotel in Kilimanjaro region from 25th to 27th March 2024. This workshop aims at providing an intensive training focusing on leadership and governance, specifically tailored for fostering sustainable collaboration within networks. The training was also participated by 5 TECDEN secretariat team members. This initiative is in alignment with TECDEN’s ongoing initiative to strengthening the technical capacity of its members, enabling them to implement ECD interventions more effectively and effeciently.
Workshop Goal and Objectives: Prior to organizing this workshop, TECDEN conducted needs assessment among its members. This assessment identified various technical gaps which required capacity development, based on these findings, the workshop was organized designed to address these specific needs.
Our collaborative with EASUN Centre for Organizational Learning is centered on equipping participants with the essential skills and knowledge to lead impactful initiatives within Early Childhood Development (ECD) operational domains. This initiative is closely aligned with the broader ECD Agenda, which underscores the critical importance of sustainable practices and efforts in bringing about positive change.
