The meeting participated by key ECD Ministries - Ministry of Education Science and Technology (MOEST), President Office Regional Administration and Local Government (PORALG), Ministry of Health (MOH), Ministry of Home Affairs (MOHA), Prime Minister Office (PMO), Ministry of Community Development Gender, Women and Special Groups (MOCDGWSGs), International organizations, UN Agencies, 26 Regional Planning Officers (RPOs), 26 Regional Community Development Officers (RCDOs), 26 Regional Social Welfare Officers (RSWOs) and 25 CSOs from 26 regions across Tanzania mainland.
