The Directors have pleasure to present their report together with the audited financial statements for the year ended 31 December 2023, which disclose the state of affairs of Tanzania Early Childhood Development Network (hereinafter also “TECDEN” or “the Organisation”) as at that date.
This report is prepared in compliance with provisions of Tanzania Financial Reporting Standard (TFRS) No. 1 – The Report by Those Charged with Governance and in the manner required by the Non-Governmental Organisations Act No. 24 of 2002 (hereinafter also “the Non-Governmental Organisations Act”).
